Loved how specific the descriptions of flowers and gifts were. So many delightful choices especially for the gifts! Customer service was wonderful!... very warm, friendly and helpful. Made whole experience very personal and positive. Communication was great too. Advised when order was being prepared, in transit and then delivered.
