The price was cheaper than the other shops. And the system of the delivery fee. It was good because it depends on how far. I could send a bunch of flower and some chocolate and tea as a birthday surprise to my Aussie mum who adopted me as a host family 25 years ago. I ordered it from Japan, I would like to say thank you, she said very happy with it. She show me the flower I sent with FaceTime, that was so beautiful. :)

I made a phone call to Flowers Across Sydney to ask a few questions. The gentleman (I would have loved to mention his name but I can't remember it) who answered was very helpful and patient. I appreciated this. Thank you for a lovely and professional experience.
