So, in the interests of transparency, these are all the reviews we get from customers, UNFILTERED.
That's right, all of them! from customers who have given us permission to use them. We don't cherry pick the good from the bad.
We love getting good reviews, it gives us the warm fuzzys, and we really appreciate that customers take the time to let us know what a great experience they had. But we're also ok with the bad ones (fortunately they're quite rare), as it allows us to try and put things right and fix any underlying issues. Constant improvements in our service, quality and deliveries is what we aim for.

I'm absolutely delighted with the orchid plant I ordered for my friend and she sent me photos showing me how gorgeous the orchid plant truly is! Thank you so much! I paid extra for the delivery to be delivered before 20m and it was delivered at 12.15! She loved her orchid plant and also the extra bidywaah and body lotion I added! Thank you - you are just lovely people to order from!

I've never spent almost $100 on flowers before, iv spent $50 and got the same kind of bunch but it is what it is , but 💯 on delivery can not go wrong, that's why spending the money is worth it

Excellent communication to ensure my delivery would arrive on the preferred day. The tracking of the delivery was great. So good to receive a photo of the arrangement. Great service. Would definitely recommend. +++

There was an option to choose the flower "as pictured", which i did. But the actual bouquet was all yellow instead of bright orange with a smattering of yellow. The bouquet ended up looking much plainer than the photo. This is a major sore point. If not for this, everything else was 10/10.

I had requested an early delivery on the day as the recipient had appointments during the day. Unfortunately the delivery was done as the last delivery on the list which was not very helpful and the opposite of what I have asked for. I was not very happy with this

So I'm from India and my girlfriend is in Sydney. She loves flowers and I wanted to give her them. For some reason I couldn't make the transaction when my bank allows international payments. I tried 3 different cards including contacting the company on Instagram but there was no help. I finally had a friend in Melbourne make the transaction and that's when it worked. Pretty disappointed that I couldn't do it myself and didn't get much help but I was very satisfied with the services and the flowers!. I will order soon!

Underwhelmed with this florist choice " birthday " arrangement sent to a work colleague as I'm overseas atm. A Woolworths bunch would have been a better choice & a third of the price! Disappointed & embarrassed at such an appalling bunch of flowers for a gift!

Delivered in advance of when I otherwise expected them - maybe luck of the draw. You said latest 7pm but I had them by 12:30pm. You under promised and over-delivered - excellent.
