That's right, all of them! from customers who have given us permission to use them. We don't cherry pick the good from the bad.
We love getting good reviews, it gives us the warm fuzzys, and we really appreciate that customers take the time to let us know what a great experience they had. But we're also ok with the bad ones (fortunately they're quite rare), as it allows us to try and put things right and fix any underlying issues. Constant improvements in our service, quality and deliveries is what we aim for.

The roses were beautiful and fresh, and when they couldn't provide 3 dozen of the same colour I was contacted by sms and email to discuss an alternative that proved very satisfactory. Highly recommended for quality and service

The Card ordered was no delivered even though i paid extra for it, flowers arrived with no water, driver got the out of his boot so thr have obviously fallen over in transit

I had a very disappointing experience with my recent online order (Order ID: FAS-473183) placed on 10/11/25 for a birthday bouquet. At first, the customer service was very helpful. I accidentally chose an anniversary balloon instead of a birthday one, and they quickly helped me change it. I really appreciated that. However, when the flowers arrived, the wrapping was poorly done. The bouquet wasn’t tied securely, and the white wrapping paper was just placed on the side instead of properly wrapped. When my recipient carried it a short distance (about 200 meters) to a restaurant for the celebration, the paper had already come loose before I even got there, and I couldn’t take any nice photos with it. Later, the balloon also came off, and I had to walk back along the street to find it. It was really disappointing, especially for a birthday gift. What made it even more upsetting is that this was the first time my young niece received flowers in her life, and sadly, it was not a pleasant experience for her. I understand that I chose the “florist’s choice” option, so I wasn’t expecting the bouquet to look exactly like the one on the website. However, the wrapping style turned out to be completely different and didn’t look good at all. In addition, since my recipient is Chinese, the cold white wrapping paper didn’t feel appropriate for a birthday, it actually made her upset. The overall presentation just felt careless and far below expectations. I truly hope the shop can improve the arrangement and packaging quality, as the end result didn’t match the price or the otherwise good service I received earlier.

Ordered flowers to a girl in sydney from my hotel in bali the night before her birthday. Just pick one of all the good bouquets and type in the address. Very simple and good price!

From ordering to delivery everything was easy and straightforward. Even when I had to delay by a day there were no issues, which was impressive, especially as it meant delivering on a Saturday, this was organised with no fuss and no extra charge.
