Once again, Flowers Across Sydney have delivered- so easy to order, communicate your needs with respect to details on an accompanying card and delivery instructions. This time I chose a special rose in a fish bowl. In the past I’ve purchased roses and sunflowers in a fish bowl. This purchase is unique. The recipient commented she’d never seen anything like this before and even loved the box it came in. At such an emotional time I was very happy to hear that the unique little gift hit the spot with her!

Thank you for the wonderful flowers and delivery. I'm sincerely grateful for the great service.
My only disappointment was that the bunch was a lot smaller than I expected, based on the pictures on the website. The picture of the person holding the bunch suggests that the flower bunch is bigger. Had I realised this, I may have bought a bigger bunch.
Also, the yellow gerberas looked like they were wilting and on the way out. I'm not sure if this is because being in the delivery van for too long or because they were not fresh.

Would use Flowers Across Melbourne again. I went to see the person who received the flowers. The colours were pretty and what I expected from the picture I saw on the website.

The flowers were delivered as requested and were as fresh and beautifully arranged as depicted on the Flowers Across Sydney web-site. My friend was delighted to receive them.

Sadly the flowers were left in the foyer of the building on top of the letter boxes where anyone could have taken them.
They were sent earlier than I requested and when my friend was phoned he said that they were out but was told the flowers were already being delivered.
The flowers were really lovely thank you and so that is my only complaint. Fortunately no one took them but they easily could have.

Delivery driver did not hand them over in person. Left them on the door step. They found them later in the day.

I wax super impressed with the speed of my delivery. I placed order later Thursday night and they were on doorstep about 11/12 hrs later

I was told my delivery would come between 2:45 and 3;45 but it arrived at 6:45. I am aware that they stay it will come before 7pm but the revised estimate created an expectation that didn’t manifest

I ordered these tulips from my home back in northern nsw! Yes, was easy from that point. These flowers (tulips) being my mother's favourite were for her funeral. I arrived on Thursday for mums funeral was on Friday. So had them delivered to my brother Darryn. I picked these tulips up to take to mum. Honestly, was so disappointed on quality and condition.
My brothers wife, Karyn said she took care of them. Placing them in the coolest part of the house. She commented, what a dismissal quality they were!
I didn't take a photo! Being mums funeral i was and am still upset. VERY rare do I complain but in this case. I should of purchased artificial ones! Am sadden, mums favourite looked so ridiculous when placed on her coffin. Her own son.

Flowers were just left at the front door; it would be nice to ring a doorbell or mobile to advice of the delivery, additionally would be good to have an option to choose more roses than 12.

Very happy with my experience ordering online and delivery on a Sunday. Easy to order and kept informed all the way and you can track your delivery once the arrangement is despatched to the driver. Reasonable cost for the flowers and delivery charge. Flowers were the florist choice of similar flowers shown on the website. The driver posts 3 photos as proof of delivery too. Would recommend gladly and I'd order again. Happy customer.

I was delighted at your youthful choices when looking for a flower gift for my Adult niece. I have used PEARSONS in the past but always have hiccups with addresses. The gifts were lovely and she really loved them. The only issue was it was delivered to a different address quite far from where she lives. As an 80 year old that’s not good. The lady on the phone was amazing also when I had to change the delivery time. It’s a shame as the products were great but the delivery of that is the only reason I can’t give you guys a perfect score. But the delivery error is a huge issue.

Ordering was easy on line.
Unfortunately the flowers were limp on arrival. Disappointing as it was for a Anniversary.
