The team communication was great when the recipient was not accessible. I felt confident that the delivery was being handled correctly and in the end, it was perfect. Great friendly tone of the operator that called me and I sensed a genuine willingness to help to solve the issue with not being able to find the correct place to leave the delivery. I will use again! 😁
