So, in the interests of transparency, these are all the reviews we get from customers, UNFILTERED.
That's right, all of them! from customers who have given us permission to use them. We don't cherry pick the good from the bad.
We love getting good reviews, it gives us the warm fuzzys, and we really appreciate that customers take the time to let us know what a great experience they had. But we're also ok with the bad ones (fortunately they're quite rare), as it allows us to try and put things right and fix any underlying issues. Constant improvements in our service, quality and deliveries is what we aim for.

Excellent! Keep up the good work. However, the Lillies i ordered suppose to be pink/white ones in website photos. Was replaced with orange/red ones. Still lovely. But would have been good to be kept informed prior.

I left the colours up to florists choice and they were perfect. Matched my mothers colour scheme by pure chance. Thank you.

So easy to order, furthermore, I had made an error in the address & it was very easy to update the details after I had placed the order, no AI, no drama or red tape, the flowers were for my mum in hospital, the tracking system kept me updated, they arrived within 2 minutes of the ETA given. My mum is highly critical & difficult to please - she raved about how beautiful & fresh they were...I will definitely use you again

There we 3 flowers within the bouquet that I bought. Not impressed.

Seamless ordering. Delivered very promptly. Recipient very happy with the bouquet and delighted that flowers were freshly cut and therefore would last. The picture she sent me looked fantastic. ❤️

the tracking did have a few glitches, it showed it was at the delivery address twice then glitched back to a few streets down, but overall very happy with everything else!

Really wasn't happy with my bunch this time round, there were dead droopy white flowers at the top that looked on their last legs.
