My flowers was just left at the gate , the delivery man did not even ring the doorbell , instead of surprising my sister i have to call her and look for her flowers by her gate and tell her that its been delivered .

I forgot to put the house number on the address - they emailed me promptly and I was able to correct my mistake in time for the flowers to still be delivered that day. It’s hard to know for sure when you don’t see the actual flowers but my daughter was delighted and said they were beautiful

I really appreciate the effort that the delivery service done It was difficult to deliver to my friends these flowers as I was informed from the florist lady .
