Tracking system is not good. We don’t know how many more steps in the full process. Other service providers even upload image of the delivered flower, in front of entrance. Also the delivery man didn’t even ring the bell. Isn’t this common step to ring a bell and if no one is there to deliver at the entry. Birthday person noticed it at late night

The purchasing process was straightforward, and I appreciated the option to choose the flower's color. I opted for standard delivery and requested it for the afternoon, and it arrived on time. The flowers were fresh and looked beautiful. I also loved that I could include a personalized message with the flowers. After placing the order, I still had the option to edit the delivery note and the message in case I needed to make any changes, which I did. Overall, my experience was perfect, and I would rate it 10/10.

they really did go the extra mile - originally they couldn't find the ward my aunt was on and instead of just leaving the flowers, they contacted me and in turn i was able to advise the exact ward and room number etc. - a real bonus as the flowers were delivered Tuesday in good time for her birthday o Friday Excellent service

I was pleased they emailed me to ensure there was a way to deliver the flowers if the receiver wasn’t home seeing she lived in an apartment. This was done and the flowers were delivered according to the instructions and the feedback I got from my receiver was excellent.
