So, in the interests of transparency, these are all the reviews we get from customers, UNFILTERED.
That's right, all of them! from customers who have given us permission to use them. We don't cherry pick the good from the bad.
We love getting good reviews, it gives us the warm fuzzys, and we really appreciate that customers take the time to let us know what a great experience they had. But we're also ok with the bad ones (fortunately they're quite rare), as it allows us to try and put things right and fix any underlying issues. Constant improvements in our service, quality and deliveries is what we aim for.

I normally use another Flower company but they were charging way too much for a small item & wanted too much for delivery as well so I spoke to them but was directed to their website, I felt they didn't really cater to my needs so I decided to shop around & came across your website. It was quick to find what I needed & you were reasonable with your prices & I got a surprise that it could get delivered on the day I ordered which was convenient as my friend was checking out of Hospital soon ! I am absolutely amazed by this service! Easy, quick, and according to my friend, how received the gift as a surprise it was a very good quality. The team in Sydney is also very helpful! I've accidentally removed one item from my basket before checkout and they were able to add it to my order within 10 minutes - absolutely amazing! Would recommend it to everyone again!

The native flower arrangement was really well received by a colleague to acknowledge the loss of her father. I really appreciated the regular updates on the delivery status, and the confirmation when it was delivered. You don't want to bother someone who is grieving so the peace of mind knowing the gift was received is really helpful.
