There should be an option if we want the flowers to be delivered before 12:00 noon the following day they have to order 1- 2 days before. No point of receiving the flowers after 3:00pm specially on any special day. People goes out for lunch and dinner. Or even charge for special delivery time an day like Easyflowers. I sent flower to Perth and my mum received it at 11:00am. Where other mum in Rockdsle at 3:15pm Or maybe hire more courier.

I thought the amount of flowers in the bunch for the price I paid was less than standard. Would be reluctant to use this service again. The bear was a good size and very nice though!

I was unhappy with the service as my mother was delivered a bunch of flowers that were not for her, they were labelled for someone else. I had to chase down the driver and we searched his car only for him to realise he must have given them to someone else. He left to go search for them. He did return with them but the experience was annoying and unnecessary

I have used the florist for a while sending flowers to my daughter from the UK. The Mother’s Day bouquet was not what I ordered. I emailed the team and they looked into it and resolved the issue asap. Great service and this won’t stop me ordering in the future from you. Keeping in mind I ordered the flowers by phone from the Kapiti Coast in New Zealand to be delivered to a friend in South Penrith in Sydney Australia I have to say the whole process was carried out seamlessly on my behalf and my friend confirmed delivery & was delighted with the flowers.

The very personal follow up was so appreciated - and great to have a local florist whom I can use and on whom I can depend. I live in Bondi J Junction but the recipient from our unit complex was having respite at the Montefoire Home in Randwick. She was so thrilled and said the arrangement was absolutely beautiful - delivered well and within the time span requested.

Thanks for the flowers. Appreciate the prompt delivery. The sunflower arrangement was nice - just felt like they looked smaller and fuller than the website pictures. We were slightly disappointed by it.

Yes, for international orders, your acceptance of international credit cards does not work. I tried three different cards and eventually could only pay with PayPal. I work for Visa International and can help you solve this with your acquirer. Love your service and everything else, but you're losing business to international customers.
