I really appreciate the effort that the delivery service done It was difficult to deliver to my friends these flowers as I was informed from the florist lady . I informed the lady to deliver the flowers to the reception of United .Called my friend I had to relive the surprise to her. Something special awaiting for her at the reception . Thank you I definitely call you again!!!! from a happy customer

On delivery my mum was home but the delivery driver didn't ring the door bell. So mum didn't know her flowers were out the front. I called her and had to tell her to look out the front.

Jess personally reached out to me via email and when I explained that the recipient would be at a funeral and unable to be called she made arrangements for the flowers to left somewhere safe. I appreciates her help.

The flowers were lovely. My sister enjoyed. Only one thing the delivery person did not ring the bell. I was told and fortunately my sister had a visitor and saw the flowers.
