First of all, I provided my phone number address so that when the delivery comes contact or give my wife the flower in hand but sadly the delivery guy just chuck the flower on the floor in a sunny day now imagine what happened when she found out the flower is already delivered. Second thing the size of the flower show in the picture is different than I got . There were so big roses in the picture and when she got its very small . Why would I spent $100 bucks to get such disappointing flower from next time . Th am you guys for this wonderful Service

You followed my instructions which included ringing the recipient’s doorbell. This meant they knew they had a delivery and could tell you where to leave them. I was disappointed that you could not deliver the flowers in the early afternoon and I appreciated your email alerting me to that.

This was a wedding anniversary order, and I felt the card options for the occasion were a bit limited. Other than that, everything was excellent - the ordering process was smooth, the flower selection was lovely, and the delivery charges were reasonable compared to other sites I checked. The same day delivery was timely and more reliable. Overall, a very positive experience.

My experience was great. Fran and the team did everything possible to create a beautiful gift for my much-loved sister-in-law. The arrangement was beautiful, communication was smooth and helpful. The photo of the arrangement sent for my approval was a bonus that I have not experienced elsewhere. Delivery was prompt and my sister-in-law was delighted with the result. I wanted to have flowers delivered to my best friend in hospital - a MAIN Sydney Hospital. There is a florist at the hospital - Flowers Across Sydney were cheaper - including a vase, then ordering at the florist hospital. I will definitely order again!

The flowers were left on a random car; no call or text saying they had arrived. The bouquet itself was lovely, but delivery was not ideal.

I was happy with everything. But I was told only after ordering, that there maybe a re delivery fee on the alcohol if they’re not home. This is something I wish I’d known before ordering, it needs to be clear when you select alcohol. It could ruin the surprise if they have to call ahead. But in the end it all worked out and I was very happy.

When I forgot to put a name on the card, someone from Flowers Across Sydney contacted me and told me the recipient had asked who the flowers were from. I appreciated that the company asked me before telling any of my info!

The arrived well on time and the flowers were beautiful, looked amazing on the tables.

The posy was just as the picture showed, the time I requested for delivery was taken into account and the flowers were left where requested. I received a photo of them by the front door to show the flowers had indeed arrived. Very satisfied with the whole experience. Also, loved watching the little van pulling the cart of flowers traverse the road on the tracking app, it was fun to see.
