The flowers had a lot of green leaves and just grass... This meant that the colours didn't really pop out and the flowers were overshadowed by all the greens. It was an embarrassing experience because all my partner's colleagues were there too.

There is a very negative point in my customer experience: during my order, the system allowed me to choose the delivery of Sunday, August 17, while the confirmation email indicated a delivery on Monday 18/08. If delivery on Sunday is not possible, the customer must be notified and not allowed to choose this date
