The delivery was done by GoPeople. They left the item on doorstep, didn’t even bother to ring the doorbell. The recipient was there, the bell was definitely not pressed. And worse - the chocolates left in the sun melted. Will definitely never order through you again for this experience.

Communication was smooth and everything was great. The only issue was that the peonies were already quite open when they arrived, but aside from that I’m very happy with the experience

The bouquet was a lot less than what it looked online. I didn't expect anything amazing but it was a bit underwhelming.

I paid extra for the express delivery, I thought this meant the flowers would be delivered up to 12pm, they were delivered after this time, so the extra express delivery cost was not worth it. Also, I left instructions as to what to do if recipient wasn’t in, which wasn’t followed and flowers were left on doorstep in full view. Bit disappointed with the service.

Exceptional customer service. When same day delivery wasn't available, they were super accommodating over the phone to expedite the order and provide same day delivery in a busy holiday period. Can't recommend them enough. Very satisfied customer.

I thought the xmas bouquet would come with candy canes in it which I thought was displayed in the picture. Also, there really were only like 3 flowers in it and the rest was leaves & filler. Would've been nice to have more flowers for the price really!! Quality was good though.

This was my first experience ordering flowers abroad (I live in Ireland) my daughter recently moved to Sydney and it's her first birthday away from home. The flowers did not look anything like the flowers I ordered! I was very upset with their presentation. They were all the same colour and looked in poor condition. The floral bouquet looked nothing like the one I had picked! Hugely disappointed and sad to see the flowers which looked terrible. Some had wilted very poor presentation and condition!

What would have made me give a 10 out of 10 would have been if a photo was provided of flowers actually at the memorial site. No fault at all of florist. The flowers were stunning! So happy with service! Delivery was swift. Wouldn't hesitate to use again and refer others. Just wish I could have seen them with all the others.

It would have been good if you could have notified the person to receive the flowers, She didnt open her door until the next day and found them. Fortunately they were still in good condition.

The whole aspect of contacting, organising choosing, paying and the delivery date and time was excellent, quick and easy. Will strongly recommend and definitely use again when necessary.

I sent my order a day early, to be sure it would arrive on time. It was a birthday bunch. Your delivery timeframe is up to 7pm. If you could narrow that down I would have send it on the birthday rather than a day early. Other than that, all perfect, thank you.

The driver contacted me when he could not deliver the flowers due to locked gate and no one answering the phone. He made another delivery while I sorted it out and came back in about 10 minutes. The recipient loved the flowers and the colours were as chosen. Thank you 😊
