have had some nasty experiences with flower orders but this was a refreshing experience. Flowers Across Sydney notified me when the delivery was made and the recipient was delighted with the gift. She sent a photograph of her bouquet and it was just what I ordered. Very happy

The native flower arrangement was really well received by a colleague to acknowledge the loss of her father. I really appreciated the regular updates on the delivery status, and the confirmation when it was delivered. You don't want to bother someone who is grieving so the peace of mind knowing the gift was received is really helpful.

I only wished that the Delivery Person doesn't report that Delivery was made on the application locator. Luck I was able to as the reciever if she had already received it as per "report Delivery done". Also Natalie when informed promptly replied quickly and immediate action were taken to rectify and resolve it.

I have already recommended Flowers Across Sydney to another person. I had never before come across the possibility of tracking my order. And there was a photo of my aunt's home and another of the flowers in the hand of the delivery person. This is an excellent service. The flowers were beautiful and delivered on time, in the middle of the day on her birthday. I ordered the deluxe bouquet which was quite expensive, but it is difficult on the site to judge the size of a bouquet... or the difference between them. Thank you.

Was not happy with delivery as they were left in middle of driveway and not up on verandah and they were for an 80 year old lady , she only seen them as she had to get a bin from front Flowers were lovely but need to get the delivery sorted
