I normally use another Flower company but they were charging way too much for a small item & wanted too much for delivery as well so I spoke to them but was directed to their website, I felt they didn't really cater to my needs so I decided to shop around & came across your website. It was quick to find what I needed & you were reasonable with your prices & I got a surprise that it could get delivered on the day I ordered which was convenient as my friend was checking out of Hospital soon ! The native flower arrangement was really well received by a colleague to acknowledge the loss of her father. I really appreciated the regular updates on the delivery status, and the confirmation when it was delivered. I only wished that the Delivery Person doesn't report that Delivery was made on the application locator. Luck I was able to as the reciever if she had already received it as per "report Delivery done". Also Natalie when informed promptly replied quickly and immediate action were taken to rectify and resolve it.
