The ladies I spoke with on the phone, Bella and Melissa were so friendly and helpful in guiding me what arrangement I could choose that would suit the ocasión plus my low budget. Despite the fact that I rang a few times, they were very patient with me. I’m not one to use online shopping for hardly anything. However, the steps to process the order were easy to follow. Also, I really appreciate it that the staff went out of their way to do little extras for my gift, such as change the ribbon to blue instead of white. My fiends loved it!

I ordered flowers for my friend’s birthday and it was easy to make an order, delivery was the next day and I also received updates on delivery times and when it was delivered safely. Will definitely be back in the future.

They sent a message and email on the day they were putting together the bouquet, notifying one of the flowers wasn't fresh enough to be included and provided other options. I really appreciate how honest they were and for providing alternatives as opposed to putting less than fresh flowers in the bouquet. Thank you! And the team were lovely.

Your photo of the product being delivered looks at least 2 to 3 times larger than the actual product that was delivered. I was very disappointed to see how petite it was when I attended the funeral. It felt rude to take a photo but please take my feedback on board. It is an honest appraisal of my experience and by no means exaggerated. Display was attractive but at least half the size of what I expected from website photo.

Lovely bunch of flowers Easy to order since I live in NZ Quick delivery, would definitely order again. Great tracking service, was especially impressed with receiving a photo of the flowers delivered.

I was a bit disappointed that there were only 8 blooms in the bunch as I ordered the second level of number of blooms and the photo showed more than 8. Going online again to check, I could no longer find the option for sunflowers (perhaps now gone out of season). I have taken a photo of hte flowers, but am unable to attach it here.

The bouquet was beautiful and the fact that I had some difficulty with the website finding the correct address to send it to, I emailed you and you added the corrections and on the day the courier contacted me by phone to make sure that it was delivered to the correct location. My daughter was thrilled with the beautiful flowers, pink Teddy and balloon. Thank you so much.
