I live in Poland. I've been using Flowers Across Sydney for years to deliver flowers to my daughter in Sydney.

When a flower is on standard delivery, it would be good to give the client an idea of the delivery window. Instead of the driver arriving at the address then calling the recipient to receive the item. Makes it more efficient. I had to pay twice for the delivery , That could have been avoided

I know things are expensive, but I gave a low rating on the price, and it's nothing personal, as I feel all florists and flowers are costly. but the process the ordering and delivery was easy and great. very professional and very fast service

Seamless and delivered as promised.It was New Year’s Eve and the delivery was on time and if I remember correctly it was earlier than expected.I had ordered fresh rose petals and was impressed with the quality.Was exactly like the picture.

Flowers Across Sydney double checked with the hospital before their delivery deadline time. A lady double checked with me about a plan B should the patient be discharged. I was impressed with the thoughtful approach. Of course, the flowers were even lovelier than on the website photo (if that is possible) and the patient had a flurry of excitement as she was getting better. Flowers Across Sydney are dependable, lovely to deal with and manage to exceed expectations.

I am never going to order again. This was a total disappointment. Bouquet looked like prepared by a child, presentation was extremely poor. The delivery guy left it outside in sun, even though indicated that someone would be home to receive.

Absolutely stunning, never seen before orchard arrangement. Made my elderly mother and fathers day. Even in vase they look stunning 2 days later. I ordered at 130pm, they arrived at 4pm. And as instructed for delivery person. The whole process was easy and muchvto choose from and accurate to pictures on website, or rather more beautiful in real life than pictures. The price was amazing compared to othet florists and in my budget, but for numerous budgets available. My mum will now use your service in future. Thankyou so much. Kristina

Prompt delivery with tracking and photos. So good to be able to send flowers on a Saturday at this time of year.

The delivery was done by GoPeople. They left the item on doorstep, didn’t even bother to ring the doorbell. The recipient was there, the bell was definitely not pressed. And worse - the chocolates left in the sun melted. Will definitely never order through you again for this experience.

Communication was smooth and everything was great. The only issue was that the peonies were already quite open when they arrived, but aside from that I’m very happy with the experience
