They were never received. I guess delivery person left at door in middle of day and stolen. Ordering process was fine but disappointed to lose money and have no flowers arrive.

I had trouble in ordering on line as (1) for a funeral it was not clear who is recipient : the Church name or deceased name (2) size of the cross of flowers was not not mentioned , its measurement would have been helpful (3) "The Pay now " button did not seem to work and I pressed it three times . I was concerned I would have been s charged three times . I eventually used chat and I was told no order or payment received. The lady on the "chat" was extremely helpful and patient as I am over 80 y old and not very good in new technology.

Was disappointed to see these flowers , my sister-in-law sent me the photo after receiving the flowers, the arrangement looks nothing like the picture , flowers don’t look fresh , and are badly arranged , they look like like they have just been thrown in the box, the green orchids havnt even been arranged nicely, looks like an add on to the side , I’m surprised the green orchids were used as I received an email asking if they can be replaced with white ones as the green ones hadn’t kept their freshness and your goal is to ensure your flowers arrive looking beautiful and full of life , there is nothing fresh about this arrangement, as I said the green orchids were bunched to the side and not beautifuly arranged throughout the arrangement I responded to your email giving permission for white orchids to be used , Very dissatisfied with this order , the flower looked so nice in picture , pity even the hession looks like it was was just pushed into the box

I was looking at a few other florists and found Flowers Across Sydney to have the nicest variety of flowers for the budget. I also needed a boxed arrangement and the options provided were more pleasant than others I had looked at. Flowers Across Sydney will be my first option if I need to purchase flowers again.

Our daughter loved the flowers we sent her for her birthday, the bright blooms arrangement had all her favourite flowers.

Very reasonably priced and fairly easy to navigate the website, the only thing that would’ve improved my experience would be to have Apple Pay as an option rather than having to put in your card details but otherwise very happy and would use again

My experience had been good with flowers across Sydney. I was looking for one rose but I got two with a great price and beautiful two rose. Totally recommend it. Just the message print on the card can be made in colour, rest all great !
