Flowers recieved by recipient in perfect time. Presented beautifully. And my friend was so over the moon with how pretty they were. Very streamlined experience.

The overall experience of the ordering process was good, however I felt the quality of flowers on arrival was extremely poor. I purchased as a gift, the flowers arrived and looked like they were days old, wilted and discoloured.. disappointing display.

Both Bronwyn and myself were more than happy with the beautiful arrangement of Native Wildflowers from Flower's across Sydney, it was a lovely presentation that would be hard to top ! When a flower is on standard delivery, it would be good to give the client an idea of the delivery window. Instead of the driver arriving at the address then calling the recipient to receive the item. Makes it more efficient. I had to pay twice for the delivery , That could have been avoided

Flowers Across Sydney double checked with the hospital before their delivery deadline time. A lady double checked with me about a plan B should the patient be discharged. I was impressed with the thoughtful approach. Of course, the flowers were even lovelier than on the website photo (if that is possible) and the patient had a flurry of excitement as she was getting better. Flowers Across Sydney are dependable, lovely to deal with and manage to exceed expectations.

Absolutely stunning, never seen before orchard arrangement. Made my elderly mother and fathers day. Even in vase they look stunning 2 days later. I ordered at 130pm, they arrived at 4pm. And as instructed for delivery person. The whole process was easy and muchvto choose from and accurate to pictures on website, or rather more beautiful in real life than pictures. The price was amazing compared to othet florists and in my budget, but for numerous budgets available. My mum will now use your service in future. Thankyou so much. Kristina
