I only wished that the Delivery Person doesn't report that Delivery was made on the application locator. Luck I was able to as the reciever if she had already received it as per "report Delivery done". Also Natalie when informed promptly replied quickly and immediate action were taken to rectify and resolve it.

I have already recommended Flowers Across Sydney to another person. I had never before come across the possibility of tracking my order. And there was a photo of my aunt's home and another of the flowers in the hand of the delivery person. This is an excellent service. The flowers were beautiful and delivered on time, in the middle of the day on her birthday. I ordered the deluxe bouquet which was quite expensive, but it is difficult on the site to judge the size of a bouquet... or the difference between them. Thank you.

Was not happy with delivery as they were left in middle of driveway and not up on verandah and they were for an 80 year old lady , she only seen them as she had to get a bin from front Flowers were lovely but need to get the delivery sorted

We were very pleased with our experience with Flowers Across Sydney. We were placing our order from overseas and it can be quite stressful doing something like this from abroad, without local knowledge and recommendations. However Flowers Across Sydney made the whole process very easy from ordering through the website right through to delivery. Their communication with us and the recipient was very good and the quality of the items delivered was excellent.

Flowers were delivered 10 minutes before closing. If you are going to have more than one delivery per trip maybe you need to consider the time you are leaving and the distance you need to go
