We realise it can sometimes be a hard decision on who to trust to send out your Sydney flower order.
So, in the interests of transparency, these are all the reviews we get from customers, UNFILTERED.
That's right, all of them! from customers who have given us permission to use them. We don't cherry pick the good from the bad.
We love getting good reviews, it gives us the warm fuzzys, and we really appreciate that customers take the time to let us know what a great experience they had. But we're also ok with the bad ones (fortunately they're quite rare), as it allows us to try and put things right and fix any underlying issues. Constant improvements in our service, quality and deliveries is what we aim for.

I am absolutely amazed by this service! Easy, quick, and according to my friend, how received the gift as a surprise it was a very good quality. The team in Sydney is also very helpful! I've accidentally removed one item from my basket before checkout and they were able to add it to my order within 10 minutes - absolutely amazing! Would recommend it to everyone again!

have had some nasty experiences with flower orders but this was a refreshing experience. Flowers Across Sydney notified me when the delivery was made and the recipient was delighted with the gift. She sent a photograph of her bouquet and it was just what I ordered. Very happy

The native flower arrangement was really well received by a colleague to acknowledge the loss of her father. I really appreciated the regular updates on the delivery status, and the confirmation when it was delivered. You don't want to bother someone who is grieving so the peace of mind knowing the gift was received is really helpful.

Easy order process would just be good to see some sample monthly seasonal bouquets on website. Overall very happy with quick and smooth delivery.

I only wished that the Delivery Person doesn't report that Delivery was made on the application locator. Luck I was able to as the reciever if she had already received it as per "report Delivery done". Also Natalie when informed promptly replied quickly and immediate action were taken to rectify and resolve it.

I have already recommended Flowers Across Sydney to another person. I had never before come across the possibility of tracking my order. And there was a photo of my aunt's home and another of the flowers in the hand of the delivery person. This is an excellent service. The flowers were beautiful and delivered on time, in the middle of the day on her birthday. I ordered the deluxe bouquet which was quite expensive, but it is difficult on the site to judge the size of a bouquet... or the difference between them. Thank you.

pretty unsatisfied with the bunch of flowers to be honest, i spent $100 and upgraded the bouquet of flowers to the bigger one. when it arrived, it was very small. I would have expected more from the price i paid...
