🌺 Floristry
Our floristry team brings creativity and care to every bouquet, working with fresh, market-sourced flowers to craft memorable arrangements for all occasions. Whether you're an experienced florist or keen to further develop your skills, you'll be supported with plenty of training within a friendly, encouraging team.
📦 Warehouse
In our warehouse team, you'll help ensure that every order is prepared perfectly and sent out efficiently. Our warehouse members are hands-on, organised, and play a vital role in keeping flowers fresh and deliveries prompt—all while working together in an environment complete with good vibes and great music.
💬 Customer Experience
Our customer experience team supports customers with care, empathy, and a genuine desire to help. Whether it's assisting with orders or solving a delivery challenge, our team prides itself on making sure every customer has a positive experience and feels valued.

Part-time Warehouse Assistant

We're looking for a motivated, highly capable, and experienced Warehouse Assistant to join us! This is a permanent part-time position based on-site for 30 hours/week. The ideal candidate will be a self-starter who is quick, physically fit and strong, efficient and very well organised, and is someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment working towards deadlines. To be considered you must be capable of comfortably lifting up to 25kg and have a current Australian driver's licence.

Casual Florist

We have an open position for a casual florist to join our team! Approximately 15 hours per week. You must be available on weekends - but flexibility across the rest of the week is highly regarded. We’re looking for someone who is passionate about floristry and takes pride in creating memorable “wow” moments for customers. You’ll be motivated, reliable, and comfortable working in a fast-paced environment where meeting deadlines and achieving KPIs is part of the role. The ideal candidate has strong attention to detail, produces consistently high-quality work, and can manage their time independently.
