Excellent service would highly recommend. Was able to order flowers & prosecco for same day delivery. Speed of delivery and quality of delivered product was amazing. I even wanted to make a change to my order via the online chat and the customer service i received was top notch. Will definitely be ordering from this company again.

Easy ordering online. Good communication. Flowers arrived approximately the time you said only a few hours after I ordered. Recipients said the flowers were absolutely delightful What more could I ask for? Have had disgraceful experience with Bloomex! How are they still in business? So my experience with you was a delight!

A huge shout out to Frans!! I had called up feeling quite stressed after finding out that the recipient wouldn’t be home on the selected delivery day. Frans was so sweet, calm, and incredibly helpful—she immediately put me at ease and made the whole situation seamless. She arranged for the delivery to be done earlier (last minute), which was such a relief, especially with me being based in New Zealand. Thank you for everything!

I told you that I wanted the flowers open by Saturday. I ordered for delivery for the Thursday before You did tell me that you only deliver closed blooms to last longer However its 3 days later and the blooms have not yet opened In future I will ensure that delivery with closed blooms are duvered perhaps 6 days before we need them to be opened pity at our dinner party they were closed .We did as you told to out them out where we cooked etc but they still did not open

I'm not sure if I missed something on the website because after payment it says "standard" when the description was "deluxe natives", so I presumed deluxe means with a bigger box. I'm also not sure if there was a choice.

Jess was a delight to deal with. The flowers ended up at the wrong address which was my fault entirely because I put the wrong unit number on the order. Your service was so terrific I had been provided with a photo of exactly where the flowers were left. This made it easy to swoop them up and get them to the intended recipient. I thought the flowers were great value and the website easy to use. Flowers were delivered in a timely way and left in a safe spot. One reason I chose you was because you are based in Marrickville and my delivery was to a house in the same suburb. I think it would be a good idea to have a slightly reduced delivery fee for the local area - seems weird that I paid the same for delivery in Marrickville as I would have for delivery to a suburb much further away.

The overall experience was amazing. I live in NZ and wanted to get something to cheer my friend up that lives in Sydney, so I was unsure of which company to try. Flowers across Sydney has great prices, wonderful staff and beautiful presentation of their products. The response time to my emails were so fast and from an actual person I was so happy with that part in particular because I couldn't call given I live in a different country. So that part put me at ease. Basically a 10/10 experience. Will be buying from you guys again in the future and will definitely be recommending to everyone. Thanks so much guys, really appreciate the wonderful service xx

my experience with your service was absolutely horrible. you charged me for something and delivered some crap which far below he value paid for yr product/service. i have already sent you an official complaint via email. i paid for 18 red roses and a large tear drop vase. you delivered two items which i did not order and i think you service is absolutely horrible and insane.

Service and communication was great, however I can't help but feel a little let down with the flowers though. It looked nothing like the pic shown online. Too many green leaves and not enough of the colorful flower arrangements as shown online when I chose this arrangement.

Excellent service and for a reasonable price. I ordered it the day before but in the UK and was worried it wouldn't arrive the next day because of the time differences but they were quick to respond to my order and make it happen. Lovely service will definitely use again!

She was so helpful and made the process very straightforward. It was great to get email confirmation of delivery, all done the next day.
