There is a very negative point in my customer experience: during my order, the system allowed me to choose the delivery of Sunday, August 17, while the confirmation email indicated a delivery on Monday 18/08. If delivery on Sunday is not possible, the customer must be notified and not allowed to choose this date

I was amazed at the service. I was called by an operator when the driver was near saying they had noted that I had requested a rough range for drop off even though this couldn't be guaranteed. The driver was willing to wait 10 minutes until the timeframes aligned though and allowed for seamless delivery. Was really above and beyond, well done!!

I'm in the UK so placed my order via your website in the late afternoon of Sunday 10 August (1.46 am 11 August Sydney time). The flowers were for a friend who lives in Ryde and whose birthday was on 11 August. The flowers were delivered to her around 11.30 am on that day! She immediately sent me a photo of the flowers which were beautiful. Not only am I impressed by the quality of the flowers but also the speed of delivery and ease of ordering from so far away. I thought there was supposed to be a photo sent of the flowers delivered? I didn't get anything so I can't comment on the quality or value for money and I am unable to really recommend to a friend as a result of not knowing what the flowers looked like

Being a person who isn't great with technology, I had a issue using the online ordering service. I couldn't get the site to do what I was I hoping for. I was getting a little stressed so I decided to go a little old school way and make a phone call instead. Sorry, I can't remember who I spoke to but all I can say about this young lady was that she was patient, very helpful, kind and understanding. Once I was with her, the whole process went smoothly. She took away my stress which I was very thankful for. The delivery was made to my daughter, though after the driver could not find the address. My daughter and I were very thankful and she absolutely loved her flowers, they were beautiful. I really can't thank this young lady enough.
