I expected flowers to be within the colour range requested or close to the image shown on the website. Instead a random pink was thrown in. The foliage was wilted too. So I was embarrassed & disappointed

While I loved the overall experience, from the ease of ordering to timely delivery, it would’ve added a little extra sparkle if the delivery person actually knocked on the door and handed it to my friend. I had to ask another friend of mine in Sydney to call birthday girl and ask her to check for a package at her door. It does add more value when someone actually greets the intended person that’s all

I asked for the order to be delivered after a certain time. I made this clear on the order, and twice the day of delivery. So when the order was dropped off 2 hours before then I wasn’t pleased the flowers were sitting in the heat until she arrived home. That’s pretty annoying. However the flowers were lovely and she enjoyed them very much.

The flowers were great and good value and my partner was very happy to receive them. However, when I specifically requested that they knock and call if there was no answer it was disappointing that the flowers were left out the front, in the sun on a 40 degree day
