The gift was fine but the delivery an absolute nightmare. Initially we received a call to discuss the delivery, in which we mentioned possible timeslots for the person receiving the flowers and champaign. The receiving person then was sent a message asking if 1.30 delivery was okay. They mentioned not being at home till at least 5pm on the day and also to not deliver it to someone else. Someone tried to call the receiver multiple times when they said they would not be home. Then proceeded to deliver to the neighbour - against the receiver's instructions. The neighbour has just lost his wife and then he had to receive and hand over a bouquet of flowers and champagne to the recipient. The recipient was absolutely aghast and it really put a big damper on the birthday gift. I think you should change the delivery people if they cannot follow delivery instructions. Especially for such an expensive gift.

Deliverer sent a message that flowers were handed to Robyn but in fact just left them on the porch. I sent Robyn the photo so that she wound know they were there otherwise would have stayed there all night

Ordering flowers to be delivered to a relative in a different country than yours is a difficult task but I can honestly say I have always been delighted with the service received and the quality and presentation of the flowers ,as mentioned by the recipients.

My flowers was just left at the gate , the delivery man did not even ring the doorbell , instead of surprising my sister i have to call her and look for her flowers by her gate and tell her that its been delivered .

Ordering items to be delivered in Australia from the UK can sometimes be difficult , this was easy . Flowers arrived on time . The recipient was delighted !

I forgot to put the house number on the address - they emailed me promptly and I was able to correct my mistake in time for the flowers to still be delivered that day. It’s hard to know for sure when you don’t see the actual flowers but my daughter was delighted and said they were beautiful
