I used the website and booked a delivery for Easter Saturday. Unfortunately the website shouldn't have given me an Easter delivery date. A very nice person called Rob emailed me and explained the glitch and that sadly there would be no Easter deliveries and gave me alternatives of a refund or a changed delivery date. I made the delivery for the Tuesday after Easter. Very happy with the prompt customer service sorting out this issue.

Prompt delivery although my daughter only saw her flowers had been delivered via her ring doorbell. Considering how much I paid, I was bit disappointed with the amount of flowers in the bouquet . Nice quality though. Thanks xx

disappointed with part of the delivery process. Flowers were delivered with no card. The recipient had to call and was sent the card details the following day. Sort of defeats the purpose of sending on the day of the birthday, when the recipient has no idea where they came fom. I have used your services several times to order flowers etc for my employer and there has never been an issue.

The flowers were delivered earlier than anticipated. Person was so delighted in her bouquet! It was very beautiful and so fragrant!! Thanks for your excellent service and care.
