Fox Foundation promotes and funds Parkinson’s disease research in Australia aimed at better treatments and ultimately the cure. 100% of donations to Shake It Up go towards funding research in Australia to cure Parkinson’s disease.
Since 2011 Shake It Up has committed over $2.5million to Parkinson’s research in Australia. Together with their partners, The Michael J. Fox Foundation, they are now the largest non-government funder of Parkinson’s research across multiple institutes in Australia.
