Unfortunately you were not able to deliver prior to 5:00 pm, and the recipient had already left. I did ask for a 3:00 pm delivery, but understand that such requests cannot always be met.

Maybe have the exact amount of flowers in the arrangement ordered just like your advertised picture.

I appreciated the option of different sized bunches. It allowed me to pick the flowers I wanted within my budget. This was one of the primary reasons I selected Flowers Across Sydney over several other florists I looked at online. The delivery charge was also very reasonable.
