I wanted to surprise someone in Sydney, but I live in the Netherlands! It was a bit nerveso to order something in Sydney, but I was confident it would turn out well. And it completely worked out!. The delivery was as promised on time. My friend was really surprised with the beautiful red rose in a box, the chocalate and ballon, all wrapped up and it looked fantastic! Super!

Ordering was super easy and liked that you could choose smaller bunches and add little extras. Delivery was seamless. Flowers were a bit poor. Yellow ones were supposed to be pink to match the rest of the bouquet and there were some brown bits. This made it an ALMOST perfect wee gift

Excellent service. The flowers were very good value and as I am in the Uk sometimes when you cannot see the product you don’t know what you are getting and freshness. I will in the future use this company as I feel they are trustworthy.

Flower arrangement was lovely, however the chocolate box was half full with no tissue paper or ribbon around the box as advertised.

I was happy with the cross but not so happy with the heart flowers, It looked bigger on the picture. Maybe the flowers could have been less dense and the piece a little large.

The ladies I spoke with on the phone, Bella and Melissa were so friendly and helpful in guiding me what arrangement I could choose that would suit the ocasión plus my low budget. Despite the fact that I rang a few times, they were very patient with me. I’m not one to use online shopping for hardly anything. However, the steps to process the order were easy to follow. Also, I really appreciate it that the staff went out of their way to do little extras for my gift, such as change the ribbon to blue instead of white. My fiends loved it!

Only that delivery was made later than anticipated by two or more hours.... Other than that all good.
