They acknowledged my order, followed by requesting the contact number of the recipient in case of issues at delivery point and then, I received a delivery confirmation! The item I purchased was something that I had not previously seen available - Orchid Orb, and was perfect for the occassion. The only thing that I believe could be added would be some care instructions because of the unique way in which the flower is presented. I say this as most who receive a boquet or bunch of flowers know to trim the stems and then place them in a vase of water, etc.. However with this Orchid Orb, how to possible extend the life of the stems is unknown.

Aside from it being hard to choose between all of the beautiful arrangements, I was so pleased with the efficiency of the delivery. My daughters 30th birthday was coming up I live in the uk so was a bit nervous ordering flowers and gifts from the internet. My daughter received the flowers on time and they were beautiful. There were very specific instructions on where to deliver these flowers both in the order and with the courier delivery page but these were NOT followed and delivered incorrectly.
