I have used Flowers Across Sydney several times after initially being a recipient of flowers from their company. The website is easy to negotiate, the flowers have always been fresh and the recipients have commented on the unique presentation. In particular I’ve used the Be Happy, Sunflower in a fish bowl and Enchanting, Rose in the vase, which have been very well received by recipients. They come beautifully packaged and are an economical way of telling people they are in your thoughts. I’ve used them as a Get Well message, a thinking of you message and of a message of condolences. I do wish that I could have nominated a delivery time frame but otherwise, impressive company with which to deal. I will continue to use them in the future.

The service was great but I felt for the money I paid the amount of flowers was a bit embarrassing when my daughter showed me what I had sent her for her birthday. They were tulips so maybe they were an expensive choice. The flowers were beautiful though. Such an easy website to navigate and tracking was live so you could see where the driver was and an estimated ETA. Can't fault the service at all. Would recommend

Ordering flowers and sending them have never been so easy with Flowers Accross Sydney. Love the various selections of bouquet that suit different budget. They even got the live tracking of the delivery which takes the delivery to whole new level. 👍🏻

I accidently selected the wrong date for delivery and Flowers Across Sydney were very responsive and helpful in organising an alternate delivery date. As I was ordering from Lille in France it was incredibly helpful to use on-line chat and the response was very quick.

Extremely quick and the flowers were beautiful and fresh. Ordered the flowers Sunday night and they were delivered the next around 10am, which I received notification that they had been delivered. Fantastic company would definitely recommend and use again.

My experience dealling with you was great. It was the delivery that I was not happy with. The flowers where just left without knocking and as the resipient did not know that they were coming didn't know that they were there. As the photos show a car in the driveway there was someone home. Evan if they had rung the bell and then left the flowers would have been better.

Great experience with Flowers Across Sydney, I’m overseas and found it so easy to order the flowers for my mother’s birthday before the trip. I didn’t think about it until her birthday and was so pleased when she sent a photo of the beautiful flowers. The communication was great too, an email was sent when the flowers were delivered as well. Thank you

The only thing I would mention is that the email said the order was delivered to the person themself, however it was actually left at the door because no one was home and she didn’t see the delivery until later that night by chance… she did not know it was there

Fast and efficient service. I ordered in HK around 11pm and the flowers arrived at my friend's home in Sydney by around 11am the next morning. Flowers were fresh and beautiful.

Communication was very good, I was contacted about access details to ensure my daughter could receive the flowers. They arrived promptly and she thought they were lovely.

Flower across Sydney kept me updated with what was happening with my delivery at all stages. The flowers I ordered were exactly what was received by the recipient, which has not always been the case with other flowers I have ordered from other companies.
