The arrived well on time and the flowers were beautiful, looked amazing on the tables.

The posy was just as the picture showed, the time I requested for delivery was taken into account and the flowers were left where requested. I received a photo of them by the front door to show the flowers had indeed arrived. Very satisfied with the whole experience. Also, loved watching the little van pulling the cart of flowers traverse the road on the tracking app, it was fun to see.

I was a little disappointed with lack of colour in bunch Maybe at this time of year, colourful natives are not available. Had it been similar to online picture it would have been perfect. Extremely happy with all other aspects of service.

Jess at flowers across Sydney was an absolute superstar, Jess made it happen again the following day which I am extremely grateful for. I would thoroughly recommend and use them again. I've added photos to compare to a similar service I used in Europe, which included much better quality flowers, a handwritten note, and a friendly delivery person.The flowers here were absolutely dreadful quality, a cheap, printed card, and the delivery person didn't knock on the door (despite my mother being home). Could have just gotten my dad to buy cheaper, better flowers at Coles. Was a dreadful service, will certainly be looking elsewhere next time.

The team were extremely courteous and swapped over a different scent reed diffuser as my original choice was out of stock. They communicated with me throughout and I loved their choice of fragrance and so did the Birthday girl. Thank you 🤗

The boquet was quite disappointing in comparison to the image on the site. The flowers themselves had not fully opened up, making them appear smaller and a lot more foliage was used which essentially drowned out the (already small) flowers. The delivery and ordering process was fine but based on the final product, I would not place another order.

Customer service was excellent, and I truly appreciated the smooth delivery process — especially the detailed tracking updates. Unfortunately, this purchase was disappointing compared to my two previous orders. The flowers arrived looking dull, and some were already wilted. The recipient mentioned that the arrangement did not reflect the amount paid, which was disheartening since it was meant to wish someone a happy birthday. While I understand that fulfilling orders the day after Valentine’s Day can be challenging, it felt like the celebrant may have received leftover flowers. I sincerely hope that quality will not be compromised, even during peak seasons. I’m sharing this feedback in hopes that future orders will match the high standard I previously experienced.

Communication between me and the seller was excellent, although mostly with disappointing news due to either the flower being unavailable (regardless of it being available online), or that the batch had lost its freshness overnight. I was ultimately given less than what I had payed for, especially when I was notified that the batch of flowers I was supposed to be a 'fresh', but as seen in the photos had already started to brown. Quite disappointed to say the least, especially for valentines.

Thanks for delivering the flowers to Karen Brown in Bilgola Plateau. They look great and she's very grateful. However, she discovered the flowers lying on the front, road-side drive when I had carefully pointed out to you that 'it's a duplex property with the front door at the back'.
