We realise it can sometimes be a hard decision on who to trust to send out your Sydney flower order.
So, in the interests of transparency, these are all the reviews we get from customers, UNFILTERED.
That's right, all of them! from customers who have given us permission to use them. We don't cherry pick the good from the bad.
We love getting good reviews, it gives us the warm fuzzys, and we really appreciate that customers take the time to let us know what a great experience they had. But we're also ok with the bad ones (fortunately they're quite rare), as it allows us to try and put things right and fix any underlying issues. Constant improvements in our service, quality and deliveries is what we aim for.

I found the website easy to navigate and also was able to edit my order address on email very easily and the staff were so very helpful and accommodating. Thank you very much. We all loved the flowers a lot.

Lovely bunch of flowers Easy to order since I live in NZ Quick delivery, would definitely order again. Great tracking service, was especially impressed with receiving a photo of the flowers delivered.

I was a bit disappointed that there were only 8 blooms in the bunch as I ordered the second level of number of blooms and the photo showed more than 8. Going online again to check, I could no longer find the option for sunflowers (perhaps now gone out of season). I have taken a photo of hte flowers, but am unable to attach it here.

The bouquet was beautiful and the fact that I had some difficulty with the website finding the correct address to send it to, I emailed you and you added the corrections and on the day the courier contacted me by phone to make sure that it was delivered to the correct location. My daughter was thrilled with the beautiful flowers, pink Teddy and balloon. Thank you so much.

They delivered an amazing bouquet of flowers and in a short timely manner. The flowers were even delivered the same afternoon that I ordered them to Mount Prichard it was so pleasing to know that this service could be provided in such a short time. It would appear that when the flowers were delivered that there was not a knock on the door. After receiving an email to say the flowers had been delivered I called my friend 2 hours later and asked her to go to her front door. I would suggest in future that the delivery person knocks on the door when delivering. Thank you

So pleased I chose Flowers Across Sydney. The choice of flowers in the price range I could afford was way superior to other online florists and the floral arrangement was just as depicted on the website. The update process on the order was superb which I found gave me great confidence in your company as a first time customer. The recipient was thrilled with the beautiful, fresh flowers so expertly arranged and also top marks to the courier, he delivered the flowers ever so promptly and provided photos of the delivery, outstanding! Always reliable service. Plenty of communication and clear, exact descriptions of what flowers are in the arrangement. Easy to order online, write message and insert delivery address and instructions. I especially like the delivery update emails and that you can edit the order after you have made it or check your included message.

Bouquet was identical to the website photos which gives confidence in the quality of the flowers especially when ordering from overseas. Delivered quickly same day ordering for the lower North Shore, fabulous arrangement with full headed main blooms and excellent pricing. My friend loved her surprise posy.
