So, in the interests of transparency, these are all the reviews we get from customers, UNFILTERED.
That's right, all of them! from customers who have given us permission to use them. We don't cherry pick the good from the bad.
We love getting good reviews, it gives us the warm fuzzys, and we really appreciate that customers take the time to let us know what a great experience they had. But we're also ok with the bad ones (fortunately they're quite rare), as it allows us to try and put things right and fix any underlying issues. Constant improvements in our service, quality and deliveries is what we aim for.

I was contacted by one of your staff, concerned that they were unable to find my friend Sally at st v’s . During the phone call I mentioned that she was in private & would be in the orthopaedic ward. I was very comforting to be so caring. Many thanks I live in Melbourne.

Amazing!! The flowers were exactly as seen looks so fresh when they arrived, the process was so easy to do and the tracking and follow up were just great. The whole process of ordering and having the flowers delivered was excellent. Very easy, quick and convenient. The letdown was the actual product. Such a gorgeous bouquet online but disappointing when they arrived.

The peonies you chose for my Mums surprise gift are glorious, they keep getting more and more voluminous and magnificent. She sends me a photo of them each day and I know she is receiving a lot of pleasure from their beauty. Ordering from UK I wasn’t sure who to use, I wanted peonies specifically and you came through brilliantly with quality and prompt accurate delivery to her door. Will definitely use your services again for special occasions. My only initial concern was the colour wasn’t a true pink as in the photo, as the buds presented red while closed. Now I see how truly deep pink they are absolutely adored. Thank you xx

Unlike other Sydney flower companies you are very reasonably priced. I don't want to spend above $100 on flowers. And they were very lovely ones too!

though we ordered a little different color flowers, the colors you included were ok. everything went on smoothly it went a day later than we ordered, but that was due to receiver has requested to be delivered the next day. so we are quite satisfied and will order again. we could see on map, the route and time of delivery.
