Having chose Flowers Across Sydney, based on their reviews I was not disappointed. Living in England I wanted to send birthday flowers and a gift to my daughter. The online system was easy to use, there was a fabulous selection of flower options to choose from at very reasonable prices. I also added a candle to my selection. I was kept upto date by email regarding delivery. The flowers arrived in beautiful condition and the gift in lovely packaging. My daughter was thrilled and said the flowers smelt lovely. So a big thank you, and I would definitely recommend Flowrs Across Sydney.

You might consider adding more variation of flowers.

Thank you. A glorious bunch of flowers was delivered to my mum. The delivery driver followed the instructions to the letter and hid the flowers from street view as specified. Tracking photos were very good too. I will be using yoir service again!

I recently ordered flowers for a grieving family, and I wanted to say how impressed I was with the overall service. The same-day delivery and live tracking were fantastic features, and everything went smoothly. The arrangement itself was beautiful and matched the design shown on the website. The only small point of confusion was with the colour selection. I had chosen an arrangement that was bright and colourful, and the product page only displayed that specific colour scheme. The only available options were ‘pink’ or ‘mixed pastels’, and since ‘mixed pastels’ was already selected, I assumed that was just the name of the arrangement, not an actual variation. When I received the photo of the delivered bouquet, the colours were quite different from what I had seen online. Still beautiful, just not quite what I expected. This didn’t take away from the overall experience, but I thought it was worth mentioning in case the product listing could be made a little clearer. Thank you again for the great service.

My sister-in-law's father passed away in Sydney recently and I wanted to send her family flowers on behalf of all of us here in Florida in the United States. After searching online, I narrowed it down between them and two other Sydney florists, but chose FAS for their better website shop and for their nicer, white-flower bouquets (not just wreaths, since I did not have a firm funeral date). I'm so glad I made the decision to purchase directly from them and not go through a large, international-delivery company. After I completed my order on the well-designed and easy-to-navigate website in the middle-of-the-Sydney-night the following day (so I was already behind!), the flowers were delivered that very afternoon, as promised. The update emails were assuring and I had confirmation of delivery. The photo I received from my SIL the next day showed a lovely, fresh, tasteful mourning bouquet at the same price and quality I would expect here at home. (Probably even better.) The flowers are beautiful — thoughtfully chosen and carefully arranged with the minor color alteration that was offered as an online option at no extra charge. (Thank you to the floral designer who made my bouquet!) I stressed out a little bit on setting up this order. No one wants to spend money only to send a sad, shabby bouquet to a house in mourning from around the world — but I need not have been concerned. Flowers Across Sydney more than met my expectations and I can highly recommend them.
