Hi, we were very happy with ordering process and the communication throughout was very good. However, the flowers arrived on Wednesday and I visited my parents Thursday. The flowers were exactly like picture which was pleasing. The disappointment was that at least four flowers had already died in just one day which meant the flowers used were not fresh!! I have forwarded the flowers to you for you to look at. Because of this dnd the money I paid I can’t recommend you. Flowers are expensive and you expect the flowers to be nice and fresh. This bouquet won’t last 5 days unfortunately. It was for their 70th Wedding Anniversary. 😥thank you for listening

It was great to have flowers delivered to our daughter in law in Sydney, they were delivered on time and at a reasonable price .We live in Dublin Ireland. We will be using this service again in the future.

There was a mistake on the initial order. I ordered lilies with Snickers, but instead of snickers you included TimTams. When I raised this with the team, the response was quick and corrected in a very special way the next day. Mistakes happen, but how you responded to this and corrected the error was fantastic and will make me a returning customer. Thank you

My Grandma was very disappointed that the vase had no water in it. She mentioned that the lily had been broken off and the blue gum leaves had dried out due to no water. Very disappointing as I have ordered with you guys twice before and I’ve never had any issues. I will be hesitant to order from you guys again.

I am really glad I chose Flowers Across Sydney. I actually ordered from internationally in America, so it should really be Flowers across the ocean across Sydney. They were able to accomodate my requests, and I was able to communicate with them over chat and over phone and email to get it delivered I even had to change some of the details last minute, and they were able to accomodate me. My girlfriend loved the flowers that I got!

I was very amused with the arrangement of the flowers and how it was made. It was nicely done and the flowers were very fresh and properly picked. It was also very convenient in getting my order done through the website. Overall, I am very satisifed with the flower.

I thought that the flowers were very good value for money and the recipient told me herself that she thought they were beautiful! I made an extra request about delivery time, but I wasn't certain whether Flowers Across Sydney would be able to perform it for me. Luckily, they did! And I'm super grateful. The website was easy to use and everything was super smooth. I especially liked that I could leave both my number and the recipient's number to ensure delivery. I would definitely be coming straight to Flowers Across Sydney whenever I need another flower delivery!
