Amazing service and value for money. The flowers were beautiful and looked glorious in the vase at the destination they were sent to. One thing I really appreciated was Flowers Across Sydney emailed me after delivery and wrote down the response from the deliverer: 'hand delivered to recipient'. I found this such a relief that the recipient actually received the flowers and they weren't just left on the doorstep especially on a hot day. Thank you.

The bouquet did not seem like it was $138 worth. The vase was not suitable for that particular style of flowers. You should have added more greens to the bouquet to make it fuller. I was disappointed when I got to the hospital and saw the size of it for the amount I paid.
