Ordering was a very straightforward process. I appreciated the updates on my order's progress, and especially the photographs sent by the delivery person as confirmation. The recipient was absolutely delighted with the bouquet chosen; flowers are not a "one size fits all", so it was fantastic to have so many options to choose from! Thank you.

I constantly asked to call and hand deliver. I added it as notes and emailed seperately, but during delivery no one called, they simply handed it to concierge at reception. I was deeply dissatisfied by it

I have put the wrong delivery date by mistake and the edit order function made it easy for me to change the order. I also need to change the delivery time and FAS was very responsive to my request ...so many thanks for that

It was quite upsetting that the receiver of the flowers already got a text message upfront about the delivery, which completely spoiled the surprise. He told me that he would receive flowers that day appearantly, based on a text he got. I would much rather have the choice upfront when ordering, whether to send the receiver a text message up front or not! I did include his phone number in case of a situation where he needed to be alerted - for example in the case that the delivery man didn't find a good spot to put the bouquet - I didn't expect the surprise to be spoiled like this though. That was very unfortunate.
