So, in the interests of transparency, these are all the reviews we get from customers, UNFILTERED.
That's right, all of them! from customers who have given us permission to use them. We don't cherry pick the good from the bad.
We love getting good reviews, it gives us the warm fuzzys, and we really appreciate that customers take the time to let us know what a great experience they had. But we're also ok with the bad ones (fortunately they're quite rare), as it allows us to try and put things right and fix any underlying issues. Constant improvements in our service, quality and deliveries is what we aim for.

Extremely quick and the flowers were beautiful and fresh. Ordered the flowers Sunday night and they were delivered the next around 10am, which I received notification that they had been delivered. Fantastic company would definitely recommend and use again.

My experience dealling with you was great. It was the delivery that I was not happy with. The flowers where just left without knocking and as the resipient did not know that they were coming didn't know that they were there. As the photos show a car in the driveway there was someone home. Evan if they had rung the bell and then left the flowers would have been better.

Great experience with Flowers Across Sydney, I’m overseas and found it so easy to order the flowers for my mother’s birthday before the trip. I didn’t think about it until her birthday and was so pleased when she sent a photo of the beautiful flowers. The communication was great too, an email was sent when the flowers were delivered as well. Thank you

The only thing I would mention is that the email said the order was delivered to the person themself, however it was actually left at the door because no one was home and she didn’t see the delivery until later that night by chance… she did not know it was there

Fast and efficient service. I ordered in HK around 11pm and the flowers arrived at my friend's home in Sydney by around 11am the next morning. Flowers were fresh and beautiful.

Communication was very good, I was contacted about access details to ensure my daughter could receive the flowers. They arrived promptly and she thought they were lovely.

Flower across Sydney kept me updated with what was happening with my delivery at all stages. The flowers I ordered were exactly what was received by the recipient, which has not always been the case with other flowers I have ordered from other companies. On a previous occasion the flowers were stated as having been delivered to the recipient, where as they were actually left on the gate and the recipient did not know anything about it, till i checked with them the next day and they had started to look tired by then. I didn't write to you at the time as I didn't think you'd take it seriously and also as I didn't want to get the delivery guy into any trouble. They were meant to be for a very close friend who'd lost their only alive parent to cancer, and who I couldn't visit in person due health reasons.

Absolutely love their bouquet rearrangements! I ordered a bouquet with a specific orchid colour shown online, but it wasn’t available due to the season. I really appreciated that they called me to suggest an alternative – such great initiative and customer service! I also forgot to add a note for the delivery, but when I emailed them, they responded and actioned it straight away. Another great touch is the delivery notifications – you get updates when the driver is on the way and when the flowers have been delivered. Overall, a smooth and thoughtful experience. I’ll definitely be ordering more flowers from them. Highly recommend!

It was so easy to order. Flowers arrived and they looked beautiful. The driver took a photo of the flowers so you could see it and there was gps tracking. Also appreciate that I could quickly edit my message after I placed the order. Will definitely order again!
